Service in Network Marketing

I read a story on the internet about how companies that provide great service to their agents grow much faster than other companies and thought about the service I've received from Cognigen.
Every time I've asked a question or needed help with something, I've been treated extremely well. Even when I was wrong, I was treated extremely well. I've been involved in customer service related jobs for several years and know when I'm being treated bad, good or well and Cognigen treated me extremely well.
If I thought I had a billing or commission error, it was taken care of. If I had a question about how to do something for a downline agent, my questions were answered.
